MAILBOX RENTALS Our mailboxes are large for the price (5x6x15). Normally, a box this size could go for $20+ per month. We only charge $16 per month. Terms are as follows: 1) All box rentals are due quarterly (3-month increments) and must be paid for in advance. The dates of each quarter are: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. 2) Initial payment will be pro-rated. If the first day of rent falls before the middle of any quarter, then only the rest of that quarter will be due. If the first day of rent falls on or after the middle of any quarter, then the rest of that quarter plus the next quarter will be due. 3) There is a $10 setup fee, and a $5 deposit for each key and / or 24 hr key tag. 4) Items too large for the mailbox will be held behind the counter and a package slip will be put in the mailbox. Currently, we do not charge for this service, and we do not intend to. However, we reserve the right to charge for this service. We are extremely flexible on this issue, and there are no foreseen problems with accepting large packages. Unless it becomes an issue of some sort, we don't plan on charging for this service. 5) Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday, 10am to 4pm. |
